Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
1. A written
request of cancellation should be sent by E-mail (bj2017icpm@163.com).
2. Refund requests will be processed ONLY after the Conference.
3. For online payment, refunds will be applied to the original card used during
payment after two to three weeks approximately.
Please note: There will be a USD 30 administrative fee deducted from each
refund.
NOTE: The ICPM organization committee won't arrange any accommodation.
In our website, You can find some information about the hotels which have no business relationship with ICPM organization committee or secretary. Because September is hot time for tourism in Beijing, We suggest every attender book the hotel room at August or July.
