●The Imperial Palace is located in downtown Beijing. It was formerly known as the Forbidden City. It served the Ming and Qing dynasties and is an incomparable masterpiece of ancient architecture; the world's largest and most complete ancient wooden structure.

The National Stadium (Bird's Nest ) is located in the central area of Beijing Olympic Park South and was the main stadium for the 2008 twenty-ninth Olympic Games. The National Stadium project covers an area of 21 hectares. It has a seating capacity of 91,000, with temporary seating for 11,000. 

The Bird's Nest exemplifies Beijing's extensive public participation in sports and entertainment, and has become a landmark of the construction.
Besides these places of historic interest and scenic beauty which are favored by foreign visitors, Beijing has many other scenic spots, such as Grand View Garden, Wangfujing street, and the drum tower that are very popular with Chinese and foreign tourists.

★Beijing Cultural Tradition

Beijing Opera is the quintessence of authentic Chinese arts and a favorite of our citizens. When wandering through Beijing, you can often hear the words in the measured tones of Peking Opera as you walk along the roadside. Over the past 200 years, the opera has developed enchanting libretto,chants, and word rhymes and is ccompanied by musical instruments favored in Beijing, such as erhu and jinghu. It integrates multiple ethnic characteristics and has become a mature art. Because Peking opera includes singing,dance, martial arts set to music, fine arts, and literature in one package,similar to western opera,it was called "Peking Opera western".

RongBao Zhai is the famous art of calligraphy and painting works of art,with a long history of more than 300 years. A variety of exhibitions and international art exchange activities are held and it has been highly praised by the Danish Queen, Japan's former prime minister, the former French ambassador to China, and numerous other international friends.

Traditional Beijing foods were very famous in the old days.There was a wide variety, with over 200 especially popular. Of these snacks themost famous is roast duck,As one of the most delicious dishes found in the world, no tourist should miss the chance to eat authentic Beijing Duck during their visit.
