The guidelines for oral presentations

The guidelines for oral presentations:

1. You need to prepare a 10-20mins PPT, which has the same information as the abstract you submit on our web. We suggest you confirm your speech time in our website:

2. All speakers are requested to use a Beam Projector for their presentation.

3. We suggest all speakers submit your PPT to before 12nd September. And you could also submit and prepare their PPT files at least a day before their presentation at Media Center Room 305 at 3rd floor. The PPT submit on the day you make speech is not allowed to be used.

4. All the PPT will be deleted at the end of the congress. None of the PPT will be shared on the Internet.

5. All speakers are request to sit on the floor seats at least half an hour before their presentations.

6. All speakers are requested to upload their presentation files to the Congress Secretariat when registering on-site, if they hadn’t submitted their files in advance.

7. Optimal conditions of presentation files: Microsoft PowerPoint (if you prefer to use other software, please bring it to the Congress).

8. If you use animations, please embed them into your PPT, if it is a special animation; please provide a solution to the Congress.

9. If you need any other equipment such as a MD player or a VHS player, please contact the secretariat before 7th September by E-mail.
